    This is almost identical to the most popular salad in Russia and Ukraine: Olivie salad. Minor differences are green peas instead of corn and sour pickles instead of fresh cucumbers. Every celebration must have that salad 😊

    Will it effect the texture if I add some more flour at the end? I realized mine wouldn't properly solidify otherwise and did so :( Also, I used Indian curry powder instead. I wish I could find more information on what to do while making these, since it seems most people just buy the roux (the price is exorbitant where I live)

    I miss okonomiyaki so much😢 i lived in Kagoshima for 2 years back on 2011-2013 and there was an amazing little okonomiyaki restaurant there. Sadly i can't buy nagaimo here in the east Midlands of England. Can i make it without?

    Boil potatoes and eggs Dice. You don't have to peel potatoes . Nuke frozen peas and carrots 🥕 Mix everything with Mayo. Sprinkle ground pepper, salt, sugar and parsley or dill.

    Thanks for the recipes. I always have a couple of packs of udon in my freezer, my favorite is udon in mentaiko caviar sauce. Blanched greens are best rinsed with cold water or briefly placed in a bowl of ice water. Then the greens will be juicier and brighter.

    Cant wait to make all soon for me can i skip mirin as i don't use alcohol at home i never had udon noodle soup / vegan dashi / homemade inari age and 2 minute microwave onsen tamago before perfect for my after office meals

      You could probably omit it, since it is only a little part of the soup. Taste the soup beforehand. Since mirin is a bit sweet, you might want to add a bit more sugar. At the end, the soup should be to your liking. I always tweak the recipes after having tried it the original way first.
